Delicious, palatable, and one of the best breakfast served with naan's, parantha or phulkas.

Hara mutor keema

Ingredients to make Hara mutor keema

  • 300 gms lamb mince (keema)
  • 2 -3 pepper corns
  • 1 - 2 bay leaves
  • 3/4 bunch coriander leaves
  • 5-6 green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup frozen mutton
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • oil as required

How to make Hara mutor keema

  1. Wash keema, squeeze the excess water. Now in a kadhai, add this keema, salt, ginger garlic paste, bay leaves, pepper corns, cumin seeds and cook on low flame until keema is dry.
  2. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook until keema is completely done.
  3. Grind coriander leaves and green chillies into a fine paste.
  4. Pour this green coriander and chillies paste with the green peas in keema and mix everything well, adjust salt. ( add 2-3 tbsp water in a food processor and pour over the keema)
  5. Now in a pan heat oil, add 2-3 green chillies ( less spicy ones) fry and add to the hara keema.
  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and switch off the gas , serve hot with naan's or paranthas.
