Ingredients to make Cabbage Delight

  • Milk - 2 kg
  • Cabbage - 500 gm
  • Sugar according to taste
  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Condensed Milk 3 tbsp
  • Dry fruits and tooty fruity for garnishing

How to make Cabbage Delight

  1. Wash the cabbage leaves and put the cabbage leaves into hot water. Also boil the milk.
  2. Once the cabbage leaves get soft, drain the water and chop them.
  3. Take a pressure cooker, put in the chopped cabbage with some milk. Let it cook till 2 whistles blow.
  4. Then mash it properly and add the extra milk and paneer. Let it cook till the milk reduces.
  5. Add the sugar and condensed milk according to taste. Next, add the roasted dry fruits and tooty fruity.
  6. Serve it in a cabbage bowl.
