Ingredients to make Oats Aloevera Gelato with Jasmine Fudge Sauce

  • Oats powder - 1 cup
  • milk - 2 cups
  • honey -1/2 cup
  • Chopped tender coconut - 2 tablespoon
  • Basil juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • White chocolate -1 cup
  • butter - 2 tablespoon
  • milk - 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1/ 4 teaspoon
  • Jasmine essence- 1 teaspoon

How to make Oats Aloevera Gelato with Jasmine Fudge Sauce

  1. In a bowl mix the honey and milk together.
  2. Next add the grounded oats into this milk mixture. The mixture should be smooth and lump free.
  3. Next, add in the vanilla extract and basil juice. Then add the aloe vera cubes and chopped tender coconut. Mix it well together. Pour this mixture into an air tight container and freeze it overnight.
  4. Break the white chocolate into pieces and place it in a pan along with the butter. Let this melt on a low heat while stirring constantly until it's well combined.
  5. Add in the milk, cream and jasmine essence. Cook this on a low flame for another 5 minutes until it's well combined and thickened.
  6. Serve the oats aloe vera gelato with jasmine fudge sauce.
