  • Rolled Oats powder-1/2 cup
  • Baking soda a pinch
  • Maida1/2 cup
  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
  • Raisins 8-10
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Semolina 2 tsp
  • Dessicated coconut 2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder a pinch
  • Pistachios(chopped) for garnishing
  • Water 1 cups
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Oil for frying

  1. Prepare a single thread consistency sugar syrup.
  2. Take a big bowl.add all dry ingredients..
  3. add milk &make a smooth batter..if u see batter a thick add more milk.
  4. heat a pan on medium, take a ladle full.drop in a pan.frying both sides.
  5. .dip in a sugar syrup..garnish with pistachios
My Tip: add saffron strands for golden syrup & rose water for aromatic flavor.
