Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1. Wheat flour 125 gms.
  2. 2. Ghee 125 gms.
  3. 3. Dryfruit mix 75 gms.
  4. 4. Khus khus 25 gms.
  5. 5. Edible Gum 25 gms ( pan roasted and cuushed)
  6. 6. Dessicated coconut 2 tbs.
  7. 7. Water 125 ml.
  8. 8. Sugar 125gms.
  9. 9. Cardamom seeds 2 nos.

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat gum in ghee for few minutes; swells up and become white. Then crush it.
  2. 2. Cook sugar in 125ml water till it dissolves and have consistency of thick sticky syrup.
  3. 3. Heat ghee in thick bottom vessel. Add flour and cook till golden brown. Add khus khus,dry fruit mix, coconut, gum etc. Cook further few minutes.
  4. 4. Add sugar syrup at high flame and mix properly.
  5. 5. Cool down to room temp for 2-3 hours. And cut diamond shape pieces.
  6. 6. Serve with smile.
  7. SHELF LIFE: 1MONTH
