Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Pear 1, peeled
  2. Kesar/Saffron 1/4th tsp
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Make a syrup with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar. Put in the pear and kesar in it. Let it cook for 30 mins.
  2. Cool this and put it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hrs.
  3. Serve it chilled.
