White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients to make White Chocolate Cheesecake

  • Any biscuit crumbs 2 cups
  • butter 4 ounces/8 tbsp, melted
  • eggs 3 separated
  • cream cheese 8 ounces/ 15 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • sugar 5 ounces/ 10 tbsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp, heaped
  • water 1/4 cup
  • White chocolate grated 6 ounces/ 1 cup
  • Fresh cream whipped 12 ounces/ 1 and 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make White Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Grease a 9 inch loose bottomed cake tin, mix it with biscuit crumbs with melted butter. Press on the bottom of the cake pan and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove it and cool.
  2. Method for filling:
  3. Separate eggs, cook the yolks and half quantity of the sugar in a sauce pan for 2 minutes. Melt the white chocolate with 1/4 cup of milk, put in the yolks with the dissolved gelatin.
  4. Beat the cream stiff, then beat the egg white stiff with the remaining sugar, fold in the cream into the cheese mixture along with the lemon juice, vanilla. Also fold in the egg white and mix it all well together.
  5. Pour the mixture on the biscuit base, set it in the freezer for 2 hours. Then remove and decorate with chocolate shavings and chunks of green and red cherries.
