Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Khoya 250 gm
  2. Paneer 250 gm
  3. Powered sugar 250 gm
  4. Cardamom powder a pinch
  5. Rose water a few drops
  6. Desi ghee 2-3 tablespoon
  7. Almonds 10-15
  8. Pistachios 10

Instructions

  1. First grease the tray with a few drops of ghee, spread the slice almonds and pistachios on top and keep it aside.
  2. Now pour two tablespoon ghee in a heavy bottomed kadhai and fry the khoya in a medium flame. Keep stirring it for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the paneer and continue stirring for another 10 minutes. Then add cardamom powder and rose water to it and turn off the flame.
  4. Let it cool for a little bit then add in the powdered sugar and mix it well.
  5. Spread this mixture to the greased plate.
  6. Let it set for 30 minutes, then cut the pieces as per your choice and enjoy!
