Ingredients to make Mini English assort

  • broken wheat
  • Museli
  • banana
  • apple
  • pomegranate seeds
  • Skimmed milk
  • cucumber
  • tomatoes
  • brown bread
  • eggs
  • black peppercorns
  • rock salt
  • Mexican seasoning
  • honey
  • Unsalted butter
  • olives

How to make Mini English assort

  1. Pour one cup of skimmed. Milk in a pan. Allow it to boil a to half. Put one cup of museli and broken wheat and allow it to cool till lukewarm.
  2. Take one brown bread slice and make a orifice at the centre, keeping the cut piece on frying pan. Place the orifices slice on pan and pour one egg in the orifice. Allow the bread and egg to half cook with sunny side of egg towards the sky.
  3. Take some sliced tomatoes and cucumber and saute the same in pan for about 4 to 5 min with butter.
  4. Dice one banana, apple and pomegranate seeds
  5. Pour the mix of booked milk, must and broken wheat into a serving bowl and top it with diced fruits and pour one and a half table spoon of honey.
  6. Place the roasted bread with egg topped with olive and the round cut bread piece over the serving plate along with the saute veggies and sprinkle fresh black pepper, rock salt and seasoning as per the taste.
  7. Serve the assorted mini breakfast with lukewarm milk or Masala tea

My Tip:

Keep the museli, broken wheat and milk mix medium thick and use only honey which will give a very good taste for a healthy mix.
