Eggless Wheat Flour and Oats Brownie

Ingredients to make Eggless Wheat Flour and Oats Brownie

  • wheat flour- 1 cup
  • Powdered oats- 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar- 1 cup
  • yogurt- 1 cup
  • oil- 3 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • baking soda- 1/2 tsp
  • salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped walnuts 3 tbsp (optional)
  • Cocoa powder- 5 tbsp

How to make Eggless Wheat Flour and Oats Brownie

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees C and line an 8"pan with butter paper and grease it well.
  2. Sieve the wheat flour, powdered oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt together so that everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Mix the brown sugar, oil, yogurt and vanilla essence together and beat well till the sugar dissolves.
  4. Make a dent in the flour mixture and pour in the yogurt mixture, mix well till no lumps are visible. It will be a thick batter.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips using the double boiler method or in the microwave oven and fold it in the batter. Fold in the walnuts.
  6. Pour this batter into the greased pan and bake for 30-35 minute or till it's done. Cool for 5 mins, then invert it.
  7. Let it cool completely and cut into squares. Your healthy guilt free brownie is ready to eat!
