  • 1 cup soya granules
  • 2 big sized boiled potatoes
  • 4 tsp spinach puri
  • 1 medium sized carrot
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp green chillies (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 3 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • oil to grease the non-stick tawa

How to make Hara Bhara Soya Seekh Kabab

  1. Soak the soya in warm water for 5 minutes, then squeeze it well till no water remains. Grate the carrot as well.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients into the bowl with the masala, knead with your hands to make a dough.
  3. Take a little mixture on your hands and roll it with your palms, then fix a stick on it. Make all the seekh kababs in the same procedure.
  4. Take a non-stick tawa, heat it and put a little oil. Roast all the seekh kababs on it.
  5. Serve with ketchup or salad.

My Tip:

When you use the wooden sticks to make the seekh kabab, first dip them into the water for a few mintues otherwise your sticks will burn.
