ABOUT Chicken Shashlik RECIPE

Boneless chicken marinated and cooked in grill mode.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken- 200 gms
  2. Hung curd- 4 tsp
  3. Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tsp
  4. kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  5. garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  6. Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Refined oil- 2 tsp
  10. 1 bowl of onion, capsicum and tomato, cut in squares
  11. Bamboo skewers- 2

Instructions

  1. Marinate the boneless chicken with curd, salt, garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste for 5-6 hrs in the refrigerator.
  2. Keep the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the onions, capsicum and tomatoes in square shapes. Then take out the chicken from the refrigerator.
  4. Take a skewer, prick the onion, then the chicken, capsicum, once again the chicken, tomato and repeat this process again. Make the other skewers in the same process.
  5. Put the microwave in the grill mode, brush the chicken with oil and grill both sides for 20 mins.
  6. Serve them hot!
