Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi- 2 packets
  2. Bread slices -10
  3. Water as required
  4. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the maggi in a pan without the masala till it's soft. Strain and pour in the cold water.
  2. Spread it in a big plate to let it cool down a bit, then add the 'Maggi Masala' and mix it very well.
  3. Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
  4. Now make lemon sized balls of this mixture. Take a bread slice, dip 1 side of the bread in water not more than 5 seconds. Place the slice between your palms and press it to drain all the water. (This makes the bread moist.)
  5. Place the maggi ball in a center of the slice. Mold the bread to completely cover it all around, giving it a round shape and seal it from all the sides. Repeat this process to make all the rolls.
  6. Drop the bondaas slowly into the hot oil on a medium high flame. Drop the sealed side first so that it does not open while frying.
  7. Fry the bondaas until they are golden brown in colour. Drain this on a paper towel.
  8. Serve them hot with ketchup.
