Ingredients to make Oats omelete

  • Oats -3/4tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tsp
  • Chopped red bell pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped yellow bell pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped carrots 1 tsp
  • Eggs -2nos
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • Green chillies 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs - 1/4 tsp

How to make Oats omelete

  1. 1-Finely chop all the vegetables.
  2. 2- Mix oats in the vegetables (you can make a powder of the oast too by grinding It).
  3. 3- Whisk the eggs. Stir in the vegetables,oats ,salt (as per taste), pepper,green chillies and mixed herbs
  4. 4. now heat a nonstick pan. Pour the mixture on pan.
  5. 5. Cook on one side and sprinkle coriander leaves and herbs and flip/ And cook for another two minutes
My Tip: If you want to add more protien. Boil kidney beans.Add tomato,onion,green chilli,ginger,salt ,pepper,little brown sugar. Grind them together
