Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 potato
  2. 4 chopped chilly
  3. 2 spoon coriander chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp powdered black pepper
  5. 4tsp melted butter
  6. 1large chopped onion
  7. 1tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1tsp chaat masala
  10. Fir dough
  11. 2cup wheat flour
  12. ,1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl,add chopped onion, coriander,green chilli,salt ,garam masala, chaat masala and mix well,
  2. Put wheat flour in a large mixing bowl,add water gradually and knead into a soft dough,
  3. Make small medium balls of the dough and roll them out of 3 to 4 inch circles,adf spoonfull of potato filling in the centre, gradually press the rolling pin on all sides,while making the parathas,be very care ful to apply pressure evenly
  4. Seal the dough and round it with your figures.now roll them with rolling pin into round paratha
  5. Press very lightly so that the mixture does not come out,heat a girdle and roast the parathas,cooking them on both the sides with a butter
  6. Serve hot with pickle or chutni
