Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250gm paneer
  2. 1 big size onion
  3. 5-6 tomatoes
  4. Salt
  5. Water
  6. Amchur powder
  7. 1 tea spoon jeera
  8. Hing
  9. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  10. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  11. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  12. Kasuri methi
  13. Butter
  14. Oil
  15. Cream

Instructions

  1. Take kadai put oil add chopped onion and saute till golden brown add chopped tomatoes and cashew nuts and saute till tomatoes become soft
  2. After cooling grind it and make into paste
  3. Take kadai put butter add jeera hing and put the paste into it add water and mix well
  4. Add all spices mix well add paneer cubes and mix well
  5. Kadai paneer ready to serve with naan or kulche by garnishing with cream
