Classic Sweet Corn

Ingredients to make Classic Sweet Corn

  • Sweet corn 1/4 Cup
  • water 1 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste
  • butter/Margarine 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Classic Sweet Corn

  1. Add corn and water into a pan and cover it. Check it in 2 mins.
  2. Once the water dries up, add in the butter and seasonings (i.e. salt and pepper).
  3. Toss it and serve it hot!

My Tip:

If you are making it in a large quantity, don't increase the water level too much. For example, for a cup of corn don't add 4 tbsp of water, only add about 2-3 tbsp. Keep an eye on it, as it cooks very fast. And always check on water level. If you add more of it, You can remove it after cooks! When water dries then only add seasoning!
