Take a weighing scale and keep a bowl on it
Add milkmaid and oil in it
Now sieive all the dry ingredients in it as mentioned
Add water to it for a smooth batter
With the help a spatula use cut and fold method to mix the batter nicely
See no lumps are left
Take a 8 inch baking dish and place parchment paper in it
Spray cooking oil all over so that the cake doesn't sticks to the bottom or at the sides
In a preheated oven bake the cake at 160 degree for 30-35 mins at the lower rack of the OTG
Take a toothpick and check by pricking in the cake if it comes out clean cake is completely baked
Let the cake cool completely on the cooling rack
For Ganache sauce :Take a mirco safe bowl and put cream in it
Micro it for 1 minute and add chopped choclate in it
Now let it stand for 5-7 mins and mix well
Ganache is ready. Let it remain aside. The longer it is left the thicker sauce you get
Once the cake is cooled completely. Demould it and cover with choclate ganache
Grate some white choclate slab and micro chopped almonds for 15 seconds or roast on a pan
Decorate the border of the cake with the white choclate and fill the inner circle with roasted almonds
Cake is ready. Enjoy
