Red Queen Mocktail

Ingredients to make Red Queen Mocktail

  • watermelon pieces, chopped 3 cups
  • Gulkand (rose petals in sugar syrup) - 3 tbsp
  • Sweet melon pieces, chopped 1 cup
  • rose sherbet 1 glass
  • rose petals 8-10
  • Strawberry water soda 1 glass
  • To garnish:
  • 2 cherries
  • Edible silver foil
  • 2-3 pieces of strawberries, sweet melon and water melon

How to make Red Queen Mocktail

  1. Blend the watermelon pieces, sweet melon pieces, rose petals and gulkand together. Then add the rose sherbet and blend it once again.
  2. Pour the prepared mixture in a glass till half, then pour in the strawberry soda in the remaining half in a way that it floats on the top of the prepared mixture.
  3. Garnish it with silver foil. In a wooden skewer put the pieces of sweet melon, watermelon, strawberries and cherries and serve it chilled.

My Tip:

Sweet melon can be used instead of watermelon as well.
