Ingredients to make Green Masala Burji

  • 2 eggs
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves- Handful
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • oil- 2 tsp
  • ginger- 1/2 inch piece
  • chilli (as per your taste)
  • 1 small sized potato

How to make Green Masala Burji

  1. Make a fine paste of the ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander leaves.
  2. Cut the potato into small pieces and fry it well.
  3. Add the egg, paste, fried potatoes in a bowl and mix it well together.
  4. Take a pan and heat some oil to cook. Then fry in the egg and potato mixture together.
  5. Serve it hot for best taste!
