Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cooked rice- 1- 1 bowl
  2. Chopped onion- 1- 1
  3. Boiled potatoes- 1- 3
  4. Chopped capsicum- 1- 1/2
  5. Salt- 1- 1 teaspoon
  6. Red chili powder- 1- 1.5 teaspo
  7. Dhaniya powder- 1- 1.5 teaspo
  8. Oil- 1- 250ml
  9. Rice flour- 1- 1 tablespo
  10. Besan- 1- 2 tablespo
  11. Amchur powder- 1- 1 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  13. Turmeric powder- 1- 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take one bowl cooked rice and boiled potatoes
  2. Take chopped onion and capsicum
  3. Mash potatoes and rice add all veggies, spices and mix well
  4. Add besan, rice flour and mix well
  5. Take small portion and make shapes of your wish and fry in pan
  6. Rice cutlets ready to serve with chutney
