ABOUT Malai Ladoo RECIPE

Few ingredients and easy to prepare .Yummy with a dash of saffron.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Condensed milk- 400- grams
  2. Panner- 400- grams
  3. cardamom powder- 1- tesp
  4. saffron- 10- strands
  5. Warm milk- 3- tbsp
  6. ghee- 5- tesp

Instructions

  1. Soak saffron in warm milk.
  2. Grind the panner and condensed milk in a mixer jar.
  3. Place a pan on low heat, add 2 1/2 tesp ghee.
  4. Add the ground mixture and saute.
  5. Add remaining 21/2 tesp of ghee and saute till it forms a soft ball.
  6. Remove and make ladoos when still warm.
  7. Remove each strand of saffron with few drops of soaked milk and place on each ladoo.
  8. These ladoos stay good for 3 to 4 days when refrigerated.
