Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer- 300- grms
  2. Coconut milk- 2- cups
  3. Oil- 3- tbsp
  4. Cumin seeds- 2- tsp
  5. Corn flour- 3- tsp
  6. Water- 2- tbsp
  7. Onion- 2- large
  8. Green chillies- 5- in number
  9. Ginger- 1- inch
  10. Salt- 1- to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into cubes. Then fry them in a kadai with 2tbsp oil. Then take it off in a plate and keep aside.
  2. To make a grounded paste: In a mixer jar add roughly chopped onions, green chillies, ginger and ground it into smooth paste without water.
  3. Keep coconut milk ready ( I used coconut powder which is available in market. In a warm 2 cup of water added 6 tbsp of coconut powder and gave it a mix coconut milk ready). In a another bowl add corn flour with 2 tbsp of water and mix it well.
  4. In a kadai (which we already fried paneer cubes) add cumin seeds, let them crackle then add grounded paste and sauté it well ( till it gets dried) then add coconut milk and corn flour mixture, mix it well and cook it for about 3 min in a medium flame. Then add fried paneer and salt mix it gently. Let it boil. Now the gravy is ready serve it with your favourite naan/chapati/pulka/steamed rice.
