ABOUT TENDER COCONUT LAYER PUDDING RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Tender coconut water - 6- cup
  2. Coconut flesh - 1- cup
  3. Fresh cream - 1- cup
  4. China grass- 2- pac
  5. Sugar - 1- cup
  6. Elachi - 4- nos

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan add 4 cup coconut water, half cup sugar, 1 Pack China grass and 2 nos Elachi .
  2. keep sauce pan into gastop and stir until all combine in medium flame (Don't boil )
  3. In another vessel add 2 cup coconut water, sugar, Elachi, coconut flesh and China
  4. put it on gastop and stir all until combine on medium heat. after chine grass melt let it cool and add cool mixture and fresh cream in a blender and blend the mixture until smooth
  5. strain the mixture
  6. IN a pudding tray add cream layer first keep into fridge to set for 30 mins
  7. After 30 mins add another layer (water layer)
  8. repeat the same process
  9. keep it on refrigerator overnight and served chilled
