Fruity Custard

Ingredients to make Fruity Custard

  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • Custard powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • 4 fruits chopped, banana, pomegranate seeds, apple

How to make Fruity Custard

  1. Boil the milk. Keep a cup of milk aside and mix the custard powder in it. (Note that there should be no lumps in it.)
  2. Once the milk is boiled, add in the custard milk mixture, then add the sugar into it. Let it simmer and cook, then after 3 minutes turn it off.
  3. Let it cool then add the chopped fruits. Refrigerate it before serving.
