Ingredients to make Masala Andey

  • Boiled eggs 6
  • chilli powder, Ginger-Garlic paste, Oil, Salt all 2 tbsp each
  • Fresh coriander or parsley, finely chopped, about a handful
  • turmeric powder 1/2 a tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Additional teaspoon of oil to saute the masalas

How to make Masala Andey

  1. Halve the boiled eggs.
  2. Saute the rest of the ingredients in about a tsp of oil on a low flame until a nice aroma emanates in your kitchen.
  3. Next, spread this mixture on the egg halves and place them on the same pan in which you have sauteed the masalas. Let it sit aside for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve these yummy spicy eggs as a side dish with rice on a rainy afternoon.
