Stuffed moong daal chilla

Ingredients to make Stuffed moong daal chilla

  • 1 cup moong dal (split yellow lentils)
  • 100 gm paneer
  • 2+2 green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil
  • 1/2 tsp asofeotedia (heeng)
  • Green coriender

How to make Stuffed moong daal chilla

  1. Soak the moong dal for an hour
  2. Grind the soaked dal with green chilies (2)
  3. Add heeng and salt and make it into a thick batter.
  4. For stuffing- mash paneer. Add salt, remaining green chili and coriander. Mix well.
  5. Now heat a nonstick pan (tawa). Take one tbs dal batter and spread it on the tawa.
  6. Drizzle some oil on it .Take 1 tbs paneer, stuff in the chilla.
  7. Roll the chilla. Serve hot and crispy.
My Tip: You can add boiled peas with paneer.
