ABOUT Baked Choco Banana Thekua RECIPE

A tea time munchy snack from eastern U.P, but i made it by adding oats and banana .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp
  2. Sugar 2 tbsp
  3. 3 over riped bananas
  4. Oats 1/2 cup
  5. Raisins 1/2 Cup
  6. 1 tbsp conola oil
  7. 1/2 choco chips
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients altogether.
  2. Add in the egg and conola oil and mix it properly. Keep this mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Scoop out the small ball sized thekuas and place them on a baking sheet. Bake these thekuas at 150 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.
  4. Let them cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
