Ragi Fudge Sweet

Ingredients to make Ragi Fudge Sweet

  • 2 cups ragi soaked overnight
  • 1 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 1 1 /2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2tsp cardamom
  • salt to taste
  • 8 to 10 almonds blanched

How to make Ragi Fudge Sweet

  1. Grind ragi with water extract the juice. Heat a heavy bottom vessel add ragi extract along with coconut milk and jaggery add salt and keep stirring continuously on medium flame to avoid formation of lumps.
  2. Once it is thick and starts leaving the edges of vessel remove from the flame. In case it's too thick add little water and then stir for a while and remove.
  3. Take a plate and grease it with ghee and pour the mixture add blanched almonds on top. Allow it to cool . Refrigerate for two hours. then remove and cut into pieces as desired
