Ingredients to make Corn Masala Cracker Munchies

  • Britiannia 50-50 or any salted crackers, 2 packs or as needed
  • chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • mint leaves to garnish
  • oil about 2 tbsp

How to make Corn Masala Cracker Munchies

  1. Stir fry the corn kernels by adding all the masalas.
  2. No need to fry for a long time as the kernels are frozen or canned. Top this corn masala on the salted crackers.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve it immediately.

My Tip:

Use Britannia 50-50 for best results or Monaco crackers.
