Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup tuver dal
  2. 1 cup finally chopped methi
  3. 1 spoon Fruit salt
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste
  6. Green chilly finally chopped
  7. Extra water to need
  8. 1 cup Yogurt
  9. Mustersedd
  10. Cuminseed
  11. Curryleaves
  12. Asafoetida

Instructions

  1. Soak the dal 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Grind the soaked dal with green chilly and yogurt
  3. Add the asafoetida, sugar, salt and keep aside for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Add methi leaves and fruit salt and mix slowly
  5. Pour the batter into greased small mould tins for the desired Shap
  6. Steam for 5 to 7 mint.
  7. Take oil and heat it.add mustersee, Cumin seed.
  8. Keep it till cracke
  9. Add curryleaves, spinch asafoetida.
  10. Now pour tadka on dhokle.
  11. At last add coconuts chhin for garnishing
  12. Serve hot with green chutneys.
