Honey Flavoured Caramel Pudding

Ingredients to make Honey Flavoured Caramel Pudding

  • Britannia fruit cake slices or ( any other bread slices) 1 packet
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • Nestle honey creme 1 tin
  • Caramel powder 2 packets
  • sugar as per your taste (optional)
  • pistachios and Almonds 1/2 cup

How to make Honey Flavoured Caramel Pudding

  1. At first boil the milk, then add in the caramel powder and stir it well. Cook it for 5 mins.
  2. Take a glass bowl and arrange the cake slices on it.
  3. Pour the caramel mixture on top of the cake slices. Press it well so that the slices are soaked in the mixture. Then refrigerate it for 10 mins.
  4. Pour the nestle creme in another bowl and beat it well until it's smooth and creamy. Now pour this on top of the caramel mixture.
  5. Next, pour the caramelized sugar syrup on top of the creme mixture. Garnish it with chopped pistachios and almonds.
  6. Then refrigerate it for 30 mins and serve.
