Tawa Paneer Sabzi

Ingredients to make Tawa Paneer Sabzi

  • paneer 200 gm
  • 2 medium sized onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, blended into puree
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 tsp cream
  • 4 tsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

How to make Tawa Paneer Sabzi

  1. Add the butter in the tawa, once it starts to melt add in the ginger and green chilli.
  2. Next, add in the onions and saute till it turns translucent. Add the capsicum and saute for a minute or two.
  3. Now add the tomato puree. Allow it cook until you see butter seep out in the sides of the tawa.
  4. Add in the chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, sugar and kasoori methi. Then add the paneer and mix well.
  5. Turn off the stove, add the cream and mix it gently. Your sabzi is ready to be served!
