ABOUT Tawa Pomfret RECIPE

Make a couple of gashes in the belly. Marinate this for an hour in a mixture of ginger, garlic, barbeque sauce, lemon juice, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper and salt. Post the marination time, shallow fry the fish on a medium/high heat.

  1. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  2. 1 tbsp barbeque sauce
  3. 1 tsp lemon juice
  4. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper
  7. Salt as per taste

Instructions
