Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Toor dal 1/2 cup
  2. Moong dal 1/4th cup
  3. Chana dal 1/2cup
  4. Urad dal 1 1/2th cup
  5. Rice 3 cups
  6. curry leaves
  7. cilantro
  8. Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  10. Green chillies 8 to 10
  11. Salt
  12. Onions 2
  13. Poha 1/4th cup
  14. Methi seeds 2 tsps

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add rice , Toor dal , urad dal , chana dal , moong dal , potatoes, methi seeds and add water to it and soak it for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Then grind the soaked rice and dal to a smooth paste to make a dosa batter.
  3. Now grind onions , green chillies , coriander leaves , curry leaves , dhaniya powder , turmeric , to a fine paste and mix it with a dosa batter and leave it for 10 to 15mins.
  4. Then add salt to it and mix well. Now heat the pan and pour the dosa batter and spread over the pan and add some oil on it and roast it.
  5. Now dosa is ready to serve.u can serve it with coconut chutney.
