Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Yeast 1 tsp
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 1 tbsp
  6. Oil 3 tbsp
  7. Water to knead

Instructions

  1. In luke warm water of 1/4 cup, add sugar and yeast. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix oil with flour. Then knead a dough with all the ingredients by adding water as required. Then keep it aside for 1 hour.
  3. After this time, knead it again and divide the dough into 5 parts. Roll and make approx 1/2 cm of thick chapattis.
  4. Brush it with oil and keep at a warm place for 15-20 mins.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees celsius for 6-7 minutes.
  6. Serve them warm.
