How to make Bread Stuffed Mirchi with Baked Masaledaar Potato

  1. Wash the chillies, then cut and slit it well. Also wash the potatoes, then peel and cut it into fries shapes.
  2. Cut the edges and dry grind the bread. Then roast the coconut powder, sesame seeds and coarsely grind it.
  3. Now mix the bread, coconut, sesame seeds and ground nuts together. Add all the masalas and the butter.
  4. Then add 1 tbsp of olive oil and stuff the chillies with this mixture. Mix rest of the mixture with the sliced potatoes.
  5. Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius.
  6. Put the aluminium foil over a greased tray. Then spread the chillies and potatoes, next drizzle olive oil on top. Bake it for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve them warm.

My Tip:

Cut the potatoes into thin slices as the chillies won't take much time to roast. Drizzle enough olive oil.
