Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled egg : 4
  2. Refined oil as needed
  3. Onion:3 medium (grind)
  4. Tomatoes : 4 (pureed)
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
  6. Cinnamon stick :2 small
  7. Cardamon n cloves :6
  8. Red chilli powder : 3 tsp
  9. Amchoor pw:1/2 tsp
  10. Green chilly :2
  11. Corainder pw :1 tsp
  12. Turmeric pw : 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala pw : 1/2 tsp
  14. Corainder leaves : few
  15. Fennel seeds : 1/4 tsp
  16. Water : 1 cup
  17. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Place a deep bottom pan, pour oil, make slit in boiled eggs n fry till brown..Remove egg n set aside.
  2. Heat a sauce pan add 2 tsg oil add whole spices lik cardamon clove ,cinnamon n fennel seeds n fry lil.
  3. Add onion paste to it n cook till raw smell disappeares.
  4. Then add chopped green chilly n gg paste stir n saute for 1 min.
  5. Add dried pw spices to it.
  6. Then add tomato puree.
  7. Add 1 cup water n allow to boil , once the gravy thickens add boiled eggs.
  8. Finally add garam masala pw n amchoor pw n stir fr a min.
  9. Adjust salt to this level.
  10. Turn off n garnish with corainder.
