ABOUT Butter Garlic Crabs RECIPE

A quick and tasty side dish and the credit goes to my husband.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 large crabs, cleaned
  2. 20 pods of garlic, crushed
  3. 1 tsp pepper, finely crushed
  4. 2-3 fresh green chillies
  5. 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  6. 25 gms butter or 2 tbsp melted butter
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Few basil leaves to garnish
  9. Few coriander leaves, chopped to garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok, add in the olive oil and butter.
  2. Once the oil gets smoky, add in the crushed garlic, green chillies, pepper and salt to taste. Then add the crabs once you get the aroma of the spices.
  3. Pour in a little water, then stir it and cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
