Ingredients to make Chocolate Coconut Truffles

  • 100 gm Morde Chocolate Compound
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • Decorative eatables like Color balls, Silver balls, Cocoa powder etc

How to make Chocolate Coconut Truffles

  1. Melt morde compound over a double boiler. For double boiler - Keep 2 glasses of water to heat in a bowl and once the water started boiling, put a second bowl over the first bowl and put in the chocolate compound.
  2. Chocolate will melt finally without burning.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add cream, coconut milk and let them simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, pour cream-coconut milk mixture over it. Mix well till smooth consistency is achieved.
  5. Add grated coconut and cornflour.
  6. Mix well. (You may need more cornflour in case your mixture is runny.)
  7. Keep in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Now, once it is chilled, take them out and make small balls out of the mixture.
  9. Roll them over decorative items and your beautiful chocolate coconut truffles are ready!
