ABOUT Crimson Sunshine - A quick salad RECIPE

Presenting my healthy no-salt salad – Crimson Sunshine! Prepared with beetroots and corns, in just 10 minutes, this salad will make you fall in love every moment.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cubed beetroots
  2. 1 cup boiled sweet corns
  3. 2 tbsp sour cream
  4. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1 tbsp honey
  7. Powdered black pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Mix beetroot, apple cider vinegar and black pepper.
  2. Mix corns, lemon juice, black pepper and honey.
  3. Put the sour cream in a piping bag.
  4. Take wine glasses or any bowl as per your convenience.
  5. Arrange them alternately together.
  6. Crimson Sunshines Salad is ready!
