ABOUT Homemade Chocolate RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 24

  1. 250 grams dark chocolate, chopped
  2. 3 tablespoons salted butter
  3. 1/2 cup chopped nuts like walnuts, almonds, cashews

Instructions

  1. Take the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and put it in the microwave stirring at 30 second intervals. Melt until it is lump free and glossy.
  2. Add the butter and let it melt while stirring continuously.
  3. Lastly, add the chopped nuts and mix to make sure all the nuts are properly incorporated.
  4. Take your moulds and pour the chocolate in. Scrape the extra chocolate and if left with no more moulds turn it into shards by spreading over greased parchment paper.
  5. Place the moulds or the shards into the freezer and demould after an hour to find perfect little chocolates.

Dark chocolate is the chocolate that is darker than the regular one (milk chocolate).... and white chocolate.@CHANCHAL MAHAJAN

Superb dear .please tell me one thing dark chocolate means cooking chocolate or packed chocolate which we eat normally
