Ingredients to make Tandoori paneer pastry

  • 250gm paneer
  • Mayonnaise- 4 tbsp salt
  • Hung curd- 1/2 cup
  • Salt- to taste
  • Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Besan- 1 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Chat masala- as required

How to make Tandoori paneer pastry

  1. Cut the paneer into large triangles.
  2. Combine hung curd, mayonnaise, besan, ginger-garlic paste and a little salt.
  3. Marinate the paneer in this mixture overnight.
  4. Just before serving, grill the paneer till golden on both sides with little butter, sprinkle chat masala.
  5. You can add some more mayonnaise for garnishing.
  6. Serve with a green salad.

Serve with some red chilli sauce.
