Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For marination:
  2. Chicken 8 to 10 pieces
  3. 2 cups butter milk
  4. Cayenne pepper as per taste
  5. 1 tsp black pepper
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Paprika flakes 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
  9. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  10. For coating:
  11. 2 cups flour
  12. Chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt 1 tsp
  14. Pepper 1 tsp
  15. Garlic powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. First mix the chicken with the marinating ingredients and keep for marination in fridge for at least 1 hour to overnight.
  2. Coat with the coating mix and deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Serve hot.
