Ingredients Serving: 0

  1. Condense milk 400 gms
  2. Amul butter 100 gms
  3. Flour 240 gms
  4. Baking soda 1 tsp
  5. Baking powder 2 tsp
  6. Water 200 ml
  7. Icing sugar 6 tbsp
  8. Tinned cherry 1 can
  9. Whipped cream 2 cup
  10. Butterscotch essences 1 tsp
  11. Butter scotch crush 1 cup
  12. Butter scotch nut 1 cup
  13. Orange colour a few drops

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, mix butter and condensed milk. Add icing sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl take baking powder, baking soda, flour and sieve together.
  3. Add it to the butter mixture and mix well.
  4. Grease the mould and pour the mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degree centigrade.
  6. Cool the cake properly. Slice the cake three to four layer.
  7. Spread milk and sugar mixture on all the layers. Spread whipped cream, butter scotch crush and nuts. Lastly cover the cake with whipped cream.
  8. Add orange colour in whipped cream. Decorate the cake with rose nozzle. Use tinned cherry for decoration.
