Ingredients to make Stir Fried Soya Wrap With Mastani Salsa

  • Soya beans keema (boiled ) - 300 gm
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • Corn and whole wheat mix roties - 6 pieces
  • tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • ginger and Garlic chopped - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • onions chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • salt to taste
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • oilve oil - 2 tablespoon
  • butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese or grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Dry oregano - 2 teaspoon
  • For the Mastani Salsa: Large capsicum - 1
  • tomato - 2
  • Bell peppers - 2
  • onions - 2
  • cilantro - a small bunch
  • 2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to make Stir Fried Soya Wrap With Mastani Salsa

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for a few minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and continue to saute on medium heat till it turns golden brown in colour, add soya keema and stir fry.
  3. Add tomato sauce, dark soy sauce, salt to taste and sugar. Cook till you get an aroma. Remove from heat and add oregano. Set aside.
  4. Place 4 roties on a clean dry surface and spread the stir fry soya keema and grated cheese on one half of each roti and fold it over to make a semi - circle and press it lightly to seal the edges.
  5. For making the Mastani salsa:
  6. Roast the tomato, capsicum, bell peppers and onion for 2 minutes on full microwave. Then mix well with all the ingredients.
