Ingredients to make Rusk Laddoo

  • Rusk powder 1cup
  • sugar 1 1/4cup
  • Elachi powder
  • ghee 1/2cup
  • cashews
  • coconut 1/2cup

How to make Rusk Laddoo

  1. Grind the rusk to a fine powder.
  2. Grind the coconut to a fine powder.Don't add water to grind the coconut.
  3. Take a bowl mix sugar and coconut and leave it for 5 mind.
  4. Then add rusk powder and elachi powder and mix it well.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan add cashews and saute it until it is golden brown.
  6. Then add the whole ghee and cashews to the mixture and mix it well.
  7. According to the Laddoo consistency ghee can be added.
  8. Now make the Laddoo s.
