Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton 500gms
  2. Green chillies 10 to 15
  3. Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  4. Cornflour 1tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Oil 3tsps
  7. Turmeric
  8. Ghee 1tsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2tsp
  10. Coriander
  11. Mint leaves
  12. curry leaves
  13. Onions 2(medium size)
  14. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  15. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  16. Pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take a pressure cooker heat 1tsp oil and add 2 slit green chillies, mutton , turmeric, 1/2tsp red chilli powder, salt and mix well close the lid and let it cook .
  2. Heat 2tsp oil in a non stick pan and add curry leaves , sliced onions and saute for few mins.
  3. Then add slit green chillies saute for few mins and then add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Then add mutton, dhaniya powder, garam masala , salt and saute for few mins.Now mix ,1tsp of corn flour in water and add to it.
  5. Now add ghee , pepper powder mint leaves , coriander and saute until it is dry and then squeeze lemon to it.
  6. Mutton chilli fry is ready to serve.
