Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Kova
  2. 1/2 cup Milk
  3. 1/3 cup Sugar
  4. 1 cup desiccated coconut
  5. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy bottom pan, to this add milk.
  2. When it starts boiling, add Kova. Stir till it dissolves.
  3. Add butter, stir when kova melts, add cardamom powder, desiccated coconut and keep stirring until it starts thickening.
  4. After 4 minutes, it will start leaving the pan and begin forming a dough.
  5. Turn off the flame. Take a square cake tin or a plate, apply ghee to this. Add in the cooked coconut Mava or Kova burfi and let it cool.
  6. Cut into desire shape and decorate with almonds or cashews.
