Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton Chops 7 pieces
  2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  3. Curd 2 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  5. coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water around 200 ml
  9. Ghee 2-3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take the mutton chops in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste, Curd, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, Salt and mix well.
  3. Add water mix well and marinate it for atleast 30 mins.
  4. Take a pressure cooker, add the marinated chops and pressure cook in medium heat for 10 mins.
  5. Let the pressure release by itself and open the cooker.
  6. Evaporate the water completely which will take around 5 mins or little less.
  7. Take a tawa drizzle some ghee in the hot tawa and lay the chops in single layer.
  8. Roast on low-medium heat on all sides turning sides occasionally till golden which will take around 10-15 mins.
  9. Drizzle ghee in between the roasting. Serve hot.
